01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited into a 999bv account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited by 999bv to a Player's account, which are governed by bonus-specific wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by 999bv before processing withdrawals, consisting of government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 999bv platform, completing registration, or placing any wager — whether in the live casino, on a PSL cricket betting market, on a slot, or on any other 999bv product — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 999bv with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 999bv, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and third-party agents are not permitted to hold or operate a 999bv account.

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 999bv. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999bv uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering your 999bv account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (in 03xxxxxxxxx format), email address, and residential address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Material inaccuracies in registration data may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 999bv Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 999bv will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to 999bv support.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 999bv Login that is not used on any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings for additional protection.
• Log out of your 999bv account whenever you use a shared or public device.

05 Deposits & Payments

999bv processes all player deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in your 999bv account dashboard.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. 999bv does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed and may trigger an account review.

Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 999bv Real Money Balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. 999bv does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges at their end.

06 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your KYC verification is complete; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) your account is in good standing with no pending investigations.

Withdrawals at 999bv are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. If the original deposit method is unavailable, 999bv support will guide you through the alternative withdrawal process.

• First withdrawals require full KYC documentation: a valid CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a screenshot or photo confirming ownership of the deposit payment method.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 2–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 999bv reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above PKR 100,000 in a single transaction or within a 24-hour period.
• Withdrawals of bonus-funded winnings will only be processed once all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all 999bv promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to your Real Money Balance or requested for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements count only wagers placed on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games (typically certain table games and live casino titles with low house edge) do not contribute to wagering completion.
• 999bv reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if misuse or abuse is detected, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation, hedging bets with multiple accounts, or using automated wagering systems.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of stated conditions, or applied retroactively to previously completed wagers.
• Players who self-exclude or request a cooling-off period forfeit any active bonus balances at the time of the request.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino game rounds, and crash game wagers placed on 999bv are subject to the product-specific rules available within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall take precedence for matters directly related to that game or market.

For sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and other sports available on 999bv — the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket).
• 999bv reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without sufficient play having occurred as defined in market-specific rules.
• Live betting markets close and settle in real-time. Once a live bet is confirmed and accepted by the 999bv system, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day are displayed in the relevant market at the time of wagering. 999bv is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to check applicable limits.

For casino games — including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 999bv does not and cannot influence game outcomes. All game providers featured on 999bv hold their own independent certification from recognised testing laboratories.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999bv and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without refund:

• Registering more than one account on 999bv, including accounts held under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your 999bv account.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the 999bv platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise compromise the integrity of the 999bv platform, its games, or its security systems.
• Conducting transactions that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your 999bv account under any circumstances.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

999bv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after prior notice sent to the registered email address.
• A request by law enforcement, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon account closure due to a breach, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 999bv's discretion following an internal investigation. In cases of voluntary closure or closure for non-breach reasons, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

999bv is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players, particularly given the fast-paced and high-engagement nature of the platform's product range. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

Players aged 21 and above may access the following responsible gaming tools through their 999bv account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 999bv account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Define a maximum session duration after which 999bv will log you out automatically and display a summary of your session activity.

12 Privacy & Data

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bv platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999bv or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any 999bv intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 999bv content without the prior written consent of 999bv. Unauthorised use constitutes both a breach of these Terms and an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bv, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 999bv platform or Services.

999bv's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 999bv account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999bv does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside 999bv's control (including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may cause temporary service interruptions for which 999bv accepts no liability.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999bv holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 999bv's internal complaints resolution process.

To initiate a formal complaint, contact 999bv support in writing at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint", including your account ID, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. 999bv will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily through the internal process, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 999bv's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from the 999bv support team.

16 Amendments to These Terms

999bv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the 999bv platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the 999bv platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 999bv to close your account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance.
